What happens if a legitimate document fails?
Occasionally, documents re-saved in Apple Preview or heavily compressed by WhatsApp can trigger metadata warnings. If the math checks out perfectly, the system will highlight the metadata warning for manual review by your team.
Are uploaded files GDPR compliant?
Yes. Uploaded files are deleted from our servers the exact millisecond the scan finishes. Only the final certified PDF report is securely stored in your tenancy database.
